Marika—a manufacturer of women's athletic apparel—wanted to evolve from a private label and wholesale brand to a retail brand. Its products were sought after as excellent fitting and creative at a value/mid-market price point. The solution focused on Marika's yoga and fitness products showcased in a warm, friendly, and approachable environment. Looks were emphasized both on the floor and walls. Motion and femininity were evoked with angled lines and rounded corners. At the store front, an engraved "since 1982" designation within a warm wood arched threshold spoke to the brand's longevity.
