An Outdoor Giant Brings a High Touch Emphasis to its Flagship Stores

 

In upgrading Columbia's branded stores, the focus was on the creation and strategic programming of key consumer touch points. Category-highlighting walls brought realism and aspiration to each area. Signage evoked old WPA lodge details, allowing for easy navigation throughout the stores. The footwear wall was also categorized by gender and showcased a prominent horizontal band for seasonal storytelling.
